Portable extra flat flange facing unit

Applications :

Flange facings on every type of flanges from 0 to 1200 mm.

Principles :
Machine with 4 attachable arms. Arms are dismountable and adjustable angularly.fixing on the dowel holes of the support.
Pneumatic motorization (hydraulic or electric on request)manual and automatic central boring head drives a facing tool holder.

The adjustments of squareness and concentricity are independent. This allows a high degree of accuracy of these adjustments compared to the selected ranges of reference.
