Portable flange facing unit

Applications :
Flange facings on every type of flanges (including large male and female faces).

• Total working range :1000 to 2300 mm
• With guiding :1400 to 2300 mm
• Without guiding :1000 to 1400 mm

Principles :
Machine with 4 attachable clamping pods (1 is fixed and 3 are adjustable).
Pneumatic motorization (hydraulic or electric on request)automatic radial feed carriage drives a surfacing arm which is guided on track (diameter 1100 mm)adjustments of squareness and concentricity are independent. This allows a high degree of accuracy of these adjustments compared to the selected ranges of reference.
